Who is responsible

The data controller for the personal information described in this notice is Adrian Joonsar.

Your privacy contact

For questions about how the College for Creative Change handles your personal information, contact the Head of HR at office@collegeforcreativechange.com.

When you contact us

If you email us, we receive your email address, your name if you provide it, and anything you include in your message.

We use this information to respond to you and manage any conversation that follows. Our legal basis is legitimate interests: communicating with people who contact the College for Creative Change and dealing with their enquiries.

You choose what to share. Please include only the information relevant to your enquiry.

Receiving updates

If you ask to receive updates, we use your contact details to send you news about courses, learning opportunities and confirmed dates.

We do this with your consent. Sending an ordinary enquiry does not add you to our updates list.

You can withdraw your consent at any time by replying to an update or emailing office@collegeforcreativechange.com. Withdrawing consent does not affect information used lawfully before that point.

Visiting the website

IONOS provides our website hosting and email service.

IONOS records technical information about website visits, including the pages requested, browser and device information, and the time of access. It states that visitor IP addresses are anonymised and that its standard hosting visitor records are kept for eight weeks.

IONOS also provides website statistics through SiteAnalytics, which does not use cookies. These services support website security, reliability and improvement.

How your information is handled

The College for Creative Change uses your information to respond to enquiries and manage requests for updates. IONOS provides the website hosting and email services and processes information to deliver those services.

We do not sell your personal information or share it with other organisations for their marketing.

Where information is processed

IONOS's Data Processing Agreement provides for processing in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area. If processing in another country is needed to provide its services, the agreement requires IONOS to meet the relevant data protection requirements for that transfer.

IONOS can use other service providers to deliver its services. Its agreement requires it to apply its data protection obligations to those providers.

How long we keep information

We delete routine enquiry correspondence within 24 months of the last contact, unless it remains necessary for ongoing work, an unresolved complaint or a legal obligation.

We keep your details for updates while you remain subscribed and the updates service continues. If you unsubscribe, we stop sending updates. We retain only the minimum record needed to respect your request while that service continues.

Your choices and rights

You can ask for access to your personal information or request that inaccurate information is corrected. Depending on the circumstances, you can also request deletion, restrict its use or receive information in a portable format.

You have the right to object to our use of your information where we rely on legitimate interests. You can stop email updates at any time.

To make a request, email office@collegeforcreativechange.com.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, please contact us. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office, the UK data protection regulator.

Changes to this notice

We will update this page when the way we handle personal information changes.
